75 Soft Challenge Daily Tracker: Your Free Printable Progress Grid

Nobody talks about this part of 75 Hard out loud: it works, but it was not built for the woman working full-time, raising kids, managing a household, and trying to rebuild herself after a season that took everything she had. The 75 Soft Challenge asks less of you in one day so you can keep showing up for all 75. Five daily rules, built for a woman with a full life.
This page has a free day-tracker you can use to mark which days you completed. If you want the full experience: per-rule tracking, daily notes from Renae, streak tracking, an emergency reset protocol, and your Soft Life Type reveal at day 75. That is the app. The tracker is a starting point. The app is the actual challenge.
Try the free tracker below. When you are ready for the version that actually holds you accountable through all 75 days, the app is $17.
Free day tracker
The Free 75-Day Progress Grid
Mark a day complete after you have finished all five daily rules. Missing a day does not mean restarting. Mark it and pick up the next one. This tracks completed days only. For per-rule tracking, daily notes, and the full challenge experience, that is what the app is for.
Press a cell to mark that day complete. Press again to unmark. Progress saves automatically in this browser on this device.
Want to track more than completed days?
The 75 Soft Challenge™ App
Here is what the free tracker cannot do: it cannot tell you that you nailed four out of five rules on a hard day and that counts for something. It cannot give you Renae’s daily note for day 23 when you are about to quit. It cannot show you your Soft Life Type at the end of 75 days. And it cannot reset without wiping everything when life happens. The app does all of that. If you have already decided you are doing this challenge, do it in the version built to hold you through the hard middle.

Who this is for
The Woman This Challenge Was Built For
I built the 75 Soft Challenge because I needed it and it did not exist. A 75-day structure that took daily accountability seriously without requiring me to perform for it or fall apart if a day went sideways.
This challenge is for the woman with a full-time job whose days do not leave much margin. For the woman who tried 75 Hard and did not finish it, not because she lacked discipline but because the prescription did not match her actual circumstances. For the woman coming out of burnout or a hard season who needs structure that restores rather than depletes. And for the woman who knows financial anxiety is quietly running her stress levels and wants it addressed alongside everything else, which no other challenge does.
The difference
75 Hard vs. 75 Soft
75 Hard works for the right person in the right season. The question is whether that person is you, right now, in the life you are actually living.
| Rule | 75 Hard | 75 Soft |
|---|---|---|
| Movement | Two 45-min workouts daily, one must be outdoors | One intentional movement session, any type |
| Food | Strict diet, zero alcohol, zero cheat meals | One daily choice that respects your body |
| Water | One gallon per day, fixed | Your daily hydration goal, set by you |
| Mind | Ten pages of nonfiction daily | Ten minutes of protected peace, no phone |
| Money | Not included | One soft money moment daily |
| If you miss a day | Restart from day one | Mark it, move on, no restart |
The difference is the philosophy underneath. 75 Hard is built on strictness. 75 Soft is built on consistency: showing up in a way that fits your real life, over enough days that it actually compounds into something.
The commitment
The Five Rules. All of Them.
-
1
Move your body once, intentionally. Not two workouts. Not a specific type. A walk counts, a workout counts, a dance class in your living room counts. The intention is the rule, not the format.
-
2
Eat and drink in a way that respects your body. Not a diet. One food or drink choice per day that is genuinely respectful rather than stress-driven or convenient. One conscious choice. That is it.
-
3
Drink your daily water goal. You set the goal. A reasonable starting point is around eight cups, but consistency over 75 days matters more than the exact number.
-
4
Protect ten minutes of peace. No phone, no tasks. This rule is easy to underestimate at first, but protecting ten quiet minutes can change the way the rest of your day feels. Ten minutes that belong to you.
-
5
One soft money moment. Check your balance. Transfer a dollar to savings. Review a bill. One conscious financial act per day. Almost no challenge covers money. This one does, because financial anxiety quietly runs everything else and ignoring it is not actually soft.
The journey
The Three Phases of 75 Days
Days 1 to 21
The Momentum Phase
Runs on novelty and intention. High energy, early wins. Use it to build the tracking habit.
Days 22 to 50
The Resistance Phase
The novelty wears off. Life gets complicated. This is where the change actually happens, not in spite of the difficulty but because of it.
Days 51 to 75
The Identity Phase
The rules stop feeling like a challenge and start feeling like how you move through your days. Quieter than you expected. That is how it is supposed to feel.
A few checkpoints worth noting: by day 7 you will know which rule is the hardest one for you. Adjust your approach there. By day 21 write down three things that have already shifted. Somewhere around the middle, the novelty usually wears off and real life starts testing the routine. Read what you wrote on day 21. By day 60 you have fifteen days left. Keep going.
A woman who shows up for 70 out of 75 days has changed her life more than one who made it to day 23 perfectly and then quit.
When it gets hard
What to Do When You Miss a Day
In the 75 Soft Challenge, you do not restart. If you miss a day, you miss a day. Mark the cell in your tracker. Do the next day. You do not go back to day one.
Mark it honestly. An incomplete day is data, not failure. Do not make a speech about it. It is one cell in a 75-cell grid. Ask yourself what made that day hard, name it, and do the full five rules the next day. The women who finish this are not the ones who never missed a day. They are the ones who never used a missed day as a reason to stop.
- What it is: five daily rules for 75 days, built for real women with real lives. No restart rule. No all-or-nothing.
- The five rules: intentional movement, one respectful food or drink choice, your water goal, ten minutes of peace, one soft money moment.
- vs. 75 Hard: consistency over strictness. Flexible rules you set yourself. No restart if you miss a day.
- Three phases: momentum (days 1 to 21), resistance (days 22 to 50), identity (days 51 to 75). The middle is supposed to feel hard.
- When you miss a day: mark it, do not make a speech, do the next day. No restart. No spiral.
- The free tracker: saves in this browser on this device. Mark days complete after finishing all five rules.
For the woman who wants the full 75-day experience
The 75 Soft Challenge™ App. Track Every Rule, Every Day, With Support Built In
The free tracker shows whether you completed the day. The app shows you exactly how. Check off each of the five rules individually so partial days count, not just full ones. When day 37 feels impossible, the emergency reset protocol is there. Renae’s daily note keeps you grounded through the hard middle stretch. And at day 75, your Soft Life Type is revealed. This is the version of the challenge with a support system built around it.
You do not need to feel completely ready. You only need to give day one an honest try. Seventy-five days from now, the biggest change may not be your routine. It may be finally trusting yourself to keep going.
