75 Soft Challenge Daily Tracker: Your Free Printable Progress Grid

Nobody says this part about 75 Hard out loud: it works, but it was not built for the woman working full-time, raising kids, managing a household, and trying to rebuild herself after a season that took everything she had. The 75 Soft Challenge is a different proposition. Not easier. Smarter. Five daily rules, built for a woman with a full life.
Seventy-five days. Five rules. One soft life, built from the inside out. If you’re trying to figure out which layer of your life needs this most before day one, the free Soft Girl Reset Kit™ tells you in under 10 minutes.
From Renae
I built the 75 Soft Challenge because I needed it and it did not exist. A 75-day structure that took daily accountability seriously without requiring me to perform for it. Five rules built for a woman with a full life.
Who This Challenge Is Actually For
The 75 Soft Challenge runs for 75 consecutive days. Every day, you complete all five rules and track your progress. Not because the rules are magic, but because 75 days of daily intention, applied consistently, always compounds into something real.
The woman with a full-time job and a life that doesn’t pause. The rules are completable on your most demanding days, not just your easiest ones.
The woman who tried 75 Hard and didn’t finish it. Not because she wasn’t disciplined, the prescription didn’t match her actual circumstances.
The woman rebuilding. Coming out of burnout, a hard relationship, a difficult year.
The woman who wants the money piece built in. A soft life that skips financial peace isn’t actually soft.
75 Hard vs. 75 Soft
75 Hard works for the right person, in the right season. The question is whether it works for you, right now, in the life you’re actually living.
75 Hard
- Two 45-min workouts daily, one outdoors
- Strict diet, zero alcohol, zero cheat meals
- One gallon of water per day
- Ten pages of nonfiction daily
- Progress photo every day
- Miss one rule, restart from day one
75 Soft
- One intentional movement session per day
- Eat and drink in a way that respects your body
- One daily hydration goal, set by you
- Ten minutes of personal peace daily
- One soft money moment daily
- Miss a day, pick up the next one, not day one
The fundamental difference isn’t the rules. It’s the philosophy. 75 Hard believes toughness is built through strictness. 75 Soft believes sustainable change is built through consistent gentleness.
The Five Rules
1. Move your body once, intentionally. Not two workouts, not a specific type. A walk counts, a workout counts, a dance class counts. The intention is the rule.
2. Eat and drink in a way that respects your body. Not a diet. One food or drink choice per day that’s genuinely respectful rather than convenient or stress-driven.
3. Drink your daily water goal. You set it. A reasonable starting point is around eight cups, but consistency matters more than the number.
4. Protect ten minutes of peace. No phone, no tasks. This is the rule most women underestimate and end up calling the most impactful by day thirty.
5. One soft money moment. Checking your balance, transferring a dollar to savings, reviewing a bill. One conscious financial act a day.
Five rules. Seventy-five days. One woman who finally feels like she is happening to her life instead of the other way around.
Why the Money Rule Matters Most
Almost no 75-day challenge covers money. Financial anxiety hums in the background of everything, and the wellness space treats it like a separate category. The soft money moment isn’t a budget or a debt payoff plan. It’s one conscious financial act per day, sustained over 75 days, until the relationship with your money starts to feel different.
By day 75, women who complete this rule consistently describe feeling less afraid of their money. Not necessarily richer. Just less afraid.
Tracking Your 75 Days
Mark each cell when you complete all five rules for the day. A check, a dot, a color. The method doesn’t matter. The consistency does.

The Three Phases
Days 1–21
The Momentum Phase
Runs on novelty and intention. High energy, early wins. Use it to build your tracking habit and set your daily alarm.
Days 22–50
The Resistance Phase
The novelty wears off. Life gets complicated. This isn’t the challenge failing, it’s the challenge working. This is exactly where the change happens.
Days 51–75
The Identity Phase
The rules stop feeling like a challenge and start feeling like who you are. Quieter, not dramatic. Just consistent.
Checkpoints that keep you on track: Day 7, adjust your approach on the hardest rule. Day 21, write down three things that have already shifted. Day 37, the most common quitting point, read what you wrote on day 21. Day 60, fifteen days left, quitting makes no sense.
What to Do When You Fall Off
In the 75 Soft Challenge, you do not restart. If you miss a day, you miss a day. Mark it incomplete. Do the next day. You do not go back to day one.
Mark the day honestly. An incomplete day is data, not failure.
Do not make a speech. It’s one day, one cell in a 75-cell grid. Move on.
Ask what happened, not what’s wrong with you. Something made that day hard. Name it.
Do the next day. The full five rules, exactly as designed. That’s the whole protocol.
A woman who shows up for 70 out of 75 days has changed her life more profoundly than a woman who made it to day 23 perfectly and then quit.
What Day 75 Is Actually Building Toward
Day 75 is not the destination. It’s the proof. Seventy-five days of five intentional daily rules covers enough ground to make the change visible: a body you’re in relationship with, a mind with daily protected space, a genuinely different relationship with money, and evidence that you can follow through.
After day 75, you don’t stop. You carry what held you. The challenge ends. The practice continues.
- 75 Soft is five daily rules over 75 consecutive days, built for real women with real lives
- vs. 75 Hard: sustainable over strict, no restart rule
- The five rules: intentional movement, one respectful food/drink choice, your water goal, ten minutes of peace, one soft money moment
- Three phases: momentum (1–21), resistance (22–50), identity (51–75). The middle is supposed to be hard
- When you fall off: mark it, don’t make a speech, do the next day
- By day 75: a body you’re in relationship with, protected mental space, a different money relationship
You just read the whole framework. The 75 Soft Challenge™ app tracks all five rules, reveals your Soft Life Type™ at the end, and includes an emergency reset protocol for the hard days.
